Andrew Evans is an award winning real estate professional in Brantford and founding partner of Andrew & Kate Real Estate.
Andrew possesses almost 23 years experience in purchasing and flipping residential houses. He is a landlord and is well versed in Landlord tenant board rules. Andrew has also worked in professional new home construction in the Brantford/Hamilton area. If you want someone that understands how the house works as a system, he is your guy!

He has extensive experience performing energy audits for Natural Resource Canada which gives him insight into home efficiency and property issues that might be of concern in the future. Andrew is well known for his entrepreneurial ability, keen eye for new opportunities, extensive construction knowledge and he is exceptionally commercial and residential investment savvy. He prides himself on developing long-lasting trusted relationships with his clients by providing them with an informative and educational real estate experience.

Andrew has lived in Brantford all of his life and now resides in the North End with his wife Janis and two boys. In his spare time, he enjoys playing/coaching hockey, playing guitar and doing home renovations. If he is not at the office you will likely find him inTurkey Point or at he Wayne Gretzky Centre.
